The Colonial Cottage offers unique, family-friendly hospitality.

Our banquet room is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner gatherings. We accommodate special events as well as weekly and monthy engagements.


Our banquet room is equipped with visual screen, WiFi access, and phone jack.


$50 deposit to reserve the room which is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your event.

All charges are due and payable at the end of your event. All events requiring full service will be charged no less than $200.

The banquet room is also available for rental without food service: $50 for a 3-hour minimum, and $15 for each additional hour. No outside food may be brought into the facility.
